Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Terms

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from Escago Holidays.

2. Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and non-refundable expenses.

4. Changes & Amendments

Any changes to the itinerary, travel dates, hotels, or services requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
All amendments are subject to availability.

5. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
Escago Holidays will not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

6. Hotel & Transportation

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
Transportation services are provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
Any extra usage beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged additionally.

7. Liability

Escago Holidays acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and sightseeing agencies.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Guest Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by guests shall be borne by the guest.

9. Force Majeure

Escago Holidays shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, cancellation, or alteration caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions, or political disturbances.

10. Acceptance

By confirming a booking with Escago Holidays, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3–6 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Less than 72 hours before departure / No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Important Notes
Flight tickets, train tickets, visas, permits, and other non-refundable services will be charged as per the supplier's cancellation policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.
Any refund amount is subject to deductions for bank charges, payment gateway charges, and service fees.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Escago Holidays reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after receiving a written cancellation request.
Refund eligibility is subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Flight tickets, train tickets, visas, permits, and other non-refundable services are not eligible for a refund.
Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and service charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
Delays caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party suppliers are beyond the control of Escago Holidays.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or early departures during the tour.
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
Escago Holidays reserves the right to revise the refund policy without prior notice.
