6. The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents required during travel.

8. Cancellation and refund requests will be processed according to the company's cancellation policy.

9. Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by the guest will be charged directly to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will receive a refund after deducting applicable processing charges.

2. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the travel date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date will be non-refundable.

4. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or early departures.

5. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

6. Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, airlines, or other third-party service providers will be borne by the guest.

7. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or adverse weather conditions, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

8. Date changes or tour postponements are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

9. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp for record purposes.

10. Winter Wonders Tour & Travel reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy without prior notice whenever necessary.

3. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days from the date of approval.

6. No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed activities, voluntary tour interruptions, late arrivals, or early departures.

8. If a tour or service is cancelled by Winter Wonders Tour & Travel due to operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative arrangement or an eligible refund.
