Information We Collect

Voyvera collects only the information needed to run the travel marketplace: account details, contact details, trip preferences, quote requests, booking request details, wishlist activity, reviews, support messages, newsletter subscriptions and agency registration/profile information.

How We Use Information

We use information to create accounts, pre-fill forms for logged-in travelers, manage quote requests, generate pending booking receipts, review agency applications, moderate reviews, respond to support requests, improve ranking quality and maintain platform trust.

Lead And Agency Sharing

Traveler forms are saved in Voyvera admin lead management. When a traveler requests a specific agency, package, hotel, cab or service, the request may be tagged to that agency or assigned by Voyvera staff. We share only relevant request details needed for follow-up, pricing, availability checks and booking support.

Agencies should use enquiry details only for the requested travel service and should not sell, misuse or publicly disclose traveler information.

Booking Requests

Package booking forms create pending booking records and receipts. Payment is not collected by the MVP booking request form. Confirmation, pricing, availability and payment steps are handled after follow-up.

Emails And Notifications

Voyvera may send transactional messages for leads, booking receipts, support requests, OTP verification, agency verification, package approvals, booking confirmations and account-related actions. Marketing newsletters are sent only when subscription workflows are enabled.

Cookies And Sessions

Voyvera uses essential cookies or session identifiers to keep users logged in, protect forms, remember authentication state and support secure platform navigation. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, they should be disclosed and configured responsibly.

Data Security

We use account authentication, role-based panels, controlled admin/agency access and server-side validation. Passwords are stored as hashes and should never be displayed publicly. Administrators and agency users should keep their credentials confidential.

Third-Party Services

Voyvera may use hosting, email delivery, analytics, maps, payment, communication or file storage providers where needed. These providers should only receive the information required to perform their service.

Data Retention

Voyvera keeps records for as long as needed to operate the platform, resolve disputes, maintain booking history, comply with legal or tax obligations, prevent fraud, improve support and protect marketplace trust. Test or duplicate records may be removed during maintenance.

Your Choices

You can edit form details before submission, update account/profile details, log out from your account, request support, unsubscribe from future marketing where available, and contact Voyvera for correction or removal of account information where applicable.

Request Data Deletion

Travelers and agencies may request account or personal data deletion by contacting Voyvera support. We will review the request, verify ownership where needed, and delete or anonymize eligible data from active systems unless a record must be retained for legal, security, dispute, booking, tax or audit reasons.

Agency deletion can remove the agency profile, public listings, package/hotel/cab records and the related owner account where applicable. Traveler deletion can remove the user account and related personal profile information where deletion is allowed.

Data Accuracy

Agencies are responsible for keeping public listings, prices, inclusions, services and contact information accurate. Travelers should verify final inclusions, policies and payment details before confirming a trip.
