Platform Role

Voyvera is a travel marketplace, discovery platform and assisted planning desk. The platform helps travelers find verified agencies, Voyvera recommended packages, agency packages, hotels, cabs, destinations, travel guides and support channels. Voyvera may operate some listings directly, but it is not automatically the final tour operator for every listing unless the listing clearly says it is published by Voyvera.

Traveler Accounts And Requests

Travelers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses, travel dates, passenger counts, destination preferences, document information where needed, and special requirements. Logged-in traveler details may be pre-filled in forms for convenience, but travelers should review details before submitting.

Submitting a lead, hotel enquiry, cab request, contact form, support ticket, Voyvera planning request or quote form does not create a confirmed booking. Voyvera or the relevant verified agency will follow up to confirm availability, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, payment schedule and next steps.

Agency Listings

Agency partners are responsible for keeping their profile details, government registration details, logo, images, contact information, destinations, services, packages, hotels, cabs, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, cancellation terms and refund policies accurate. Agencies should not upload misleading photos, copied listings, false claims, invalid prices or unavailable services.

Voyvera may approve, reject, hide, unpublish, edit for clarity or request changes to agency profiles and listings that do not meet platform trust, quality, legal or user-safety requirements. Verification badges mean the agency has passed Voyvera's internal checks; they do not remove the agency's responsibility for its services.

Public Visibility

Free plan agencies are not shown in public marketplace modules by default. Public visibility depends on membership plan, verification status, profile completion, trust score, listing quality, response quality, reviews, destination relevance and platform rules. Voyvera may change ranking and visibility rules to improve user experience and marketplace quality.

Booking Requests And Receipts

Package booking forms generate pending booking records and printable receipts for tracking. A pending receipt confirms that Voyvera has received the request; it is not proof of payment, not a final voucher, and not a confirmed booking. Final confirmation is issued only after operational verification, availability check, payment terms and agency or Voyvera approval.

If a request is related to a specific agency package, hotel or cab, the relevant agency may receive the enquiry details for follow-up. If a request is a Voyvera planning request or a Voyvera recommended package request, the Voyvera team may handle it directly or assign it to a suitable verified agency.

Payments, Cancellation And Refunds

The MVP request forms do not collect online payment. Travelers should not pay anyone only because a pending request was created. Any advance, balance payment, invoice, tax, cancellation, reschedule, refund, visa, hotel, flight, activity, cab or supplier-specific policy must be confirmed before final booking.

For agency-managed bookings, the agency's approved booking terms, cancellation policy and refund policy apply unless Voyvera separately confirms otherwise in writing. For Voyvera-managed bookings, Voyvera will share the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms before confirmation.

Bank charges, payment gateway charges, supplier penalties, government fees, permit fees, visa fees, airline charges and non-refundable hotel/activity/cab charges may apply depending on the service and timing.

Reviews, Media And Public Content

Reviews, agency images, package photos, hotel photos, cab photos, blog content and public profile details may be moderated before or after publishing. Voyvera may remove misleading, duplicate, abusive, irrelevant, copyrighted, unsafe or low-quality content.

By submitting content to Voyvera, the submitter confirms that they have the right to share it and allows Voyvera to display it on the platform, marketing pages, emails and search/SEO pages related to the listing or service.

International Travel, Documents And Local Rules

Travelers are responsible for checking passport validity, visa eligibility, travel insurance, health requirements, permits, destination entry rules, airline rules and local laws. Agencies must not promise visas, permits or supplier services unless they can support the claim with accurate process information.

Privacy, Account And Data Deletion

Voyvera handles traveler and agency information according to the Privacy Policy. Users and agencies can request correction or deletion of eligible account data by contacting Voyvera. Some records may need to be retained for booking, tax, legal, dispute, security, audit or fraud-prevention reasons.

Prohibited Use

Users and agencies must not misuse OTPs, scrape the platform, upload harmful files, submit fake enquiries, impersonate another person or business, publish false reviews, bypass role permissions, send spam, abuse support channels, or use Voyvera for illegal or unsafe travel services.

Service Limits And Force Majeure

Voyvera works to improve discovery, verification, support, lead routing and booking clarity, but final supplier availability, weather, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, flight or train changes, hotel operations, route access, local union rules, transport operations and third-party service delivery may change.

Voyvera is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by travelers or agencies, third-party supplier failure, force majeure events, illegal acts, missed documentation, missed flights/trains, late payments, or services booked outside Voyvera's confirmed process.

Changes

Voyvera may update these terms as the product, booking policy, agency workflow, lead assignment, payment process, ranking system and membership rules mature. Continued platform use after updates means the updated terms apply.
