1. A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
2. All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transportation, and other travel services at the time of confirmation.
3. Guests must provide accurate personal and travel details during the booking process.
4. Any additional expenses not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions shall be borne by the guest.
5. Changes to the itinerary after confirmation may result in additional charges, subject to availability.
6. The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents required during travel.
8. Cancellation and refund requests will be processed according to the company's cancellation policy.
9. Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by the guest will be charged directly to the guest.
10. By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines of Winter Wonders Tour & Travel.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will receive a refund after deducting applicable processing charges.
2. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the travel date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date will be non-refundable.
4. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or early departures.
5. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
6. Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, airlines, or other third-party service providers will be borne by the guest.
7. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or adverse weather conditions, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
8. Date changes or tour postponements are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
9. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp for record purposes.
10. Winter Wonders Tour & Travel reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy without prior notice whenever necessary.

1. Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as per the company's Cancellation Policy.
2. Any applicable refund will be credited through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
4. Booking confirmation charges, processing fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds for hotel bookings, transportation, flights, or other third-party services are subject to the respective provider's refund policies.
6. No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed activities, voluntary tour interruptions, late arrivals, or early departures.
7. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, adverse weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds will be subject to recoveries received from service providers.
8. If a tour or service is cancelled by Winter Wonders Tour & Travel due to operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative arrangement or an eligible refund.
9. Any refund disputes must be reported within 7 days of the completion or cancellation of the tour.
10. Winter Wonders Tour & Travel reserves the right to review and update this Refund Policy at any time.
